As frentes parlamentares ligadas ao setor produtivo se reuniram nesta quarta-feira (15) com o ministro do Desenvolvimento, Indústria, Comércio e Serviços, vice-presidente Geraldo Alckmin, para apresentar uma demanda crucial para o estado do Rio Grande do Sul: a inclusão de bancos estaduais e cooperativas de crédito nas linhas de subvenção do governo federal, visando facilitar o acesso ao crédito pelos produtores rurais atingidos pelas enchentes no estado.
A reunião foi motivada pela necessidade urgente de ampliar o alcance do Programa Nacional de Apoio às Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte (Pronampe) e do Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar (Pronaf). Atualmente, a operação dos R$ 2 bilhões destinados a esses programas, via Medida Provisória, é exclusiva das instituições federais, como o Banco do Brasil e a Caixa Econômica Federal. No entanto, a baixa presença física desses bancos em muitos municípios afetados pelas enchentes no Rio Grande do Sul tem limitado a efetividade das medidas emergenciais.
O presidente da Frente Parlamentar da Agropecuária (FPA), deputado Pedro Lupion, argumentou que a inclusão de bancos estaduais e cooperativas de crédito é essencial para garantir que os recursos cheguem a todas as regiões necessitadas. “Limitar o acesso ao crédito aos bancos oficiais é um erro. O Rio Grande do Sul é um estado que tem um dos melhores sistemas cooperativistas do mundo. Os bancos cooperativos do Rio Grande do Sul têm toda a capacidade de integrar esse sistema de auxílio e precisam ser lembrados também”, afirmou.
A reunião também contou com a participação do presidente da Frente de Comércio e Serviços, Domingos Sávio (PL-MG), do presidente da Frente Parlamentar Mista do Biodiesel, Alceu Moreira (MDB-RS) e do presidente da Frente do Cooperativismo, Arnaldo Jardim (Cidadania-SP).
